Brief Biography

Manolis Stratakis, Professor, born in Crete, Greece; B.Sc. University of Thessaloniki, Greece (1986); Ph.D. in Chemistry, University of Crete, Greece (1991); Postdoctoral fellow, Univ. of California Berkeley with Prof. A. Streitwieser (1991-93), and Univ. of California Los Angeles with Prof. C. S. Foote (1995); Faculty of Chemistry, University of Cyprus (1997-1999); Faculty of Chemistry, University of Crete, Greece (1999-present); Author or co-author of approximately 70 original articles.
