Exam content will be covering Acids and bases (unit 9), Water (unit 10) Lab report (unit 8) Polymers (unit 11), graphs and Charts, Papers on Bioplastics and the units we will do for the book Science Communication (units 2, 3, 4, 5) Enzymes and biomolecules and unit 13 with criteria for Powerpoint presentations.
Exam papers will include the same sections as in English 1 plus two more tasks. One where I ask you to a) revise two powerpoint presentation slides and b) revise a paragraph from a lab report. A typical Engish 1 paper normally includes a reading on a familiar topic and comprehension questions, vocabulary tasks on familiar terminology, a grammar task (on something we have done in class), a listening task, a wriitng task (e.g. write a report based ona diagram).
