Solid has a fixed shape and a fixed volume. Solid cannot be compressed. Solids have a high density. Force of attraction between the particles in a solid is very strong. The space between the particles of solids is negligible.

Solid has a specific shape and volume .It can not be compressed .Solids have a high boiling point and for a more effective result it needs to be in small pieces.John PATELAROS , JOHN ALEXAKIS#1 , KONSTANTINA CHAROU

Gases don't have a specific shape or volume, their molecules move freely in the environment, they have high kinetic energy and weak intremolecular forces. Afroditi, Eirhnh, Georgia, Maria, Natasa

Solids have a stable mass and a determined volume. They also, consist of particles that present very little movement and are close to each other. The majority of solid elements is located on the left side of the periodic table. Λυδία Μπαλαγιάννη, Μαρία Γιαμά, Στέλλα Τσιούρβα
