Department Open Days for Schools

Twice a year the Department of Chemistry organizes “Department Open Day” for High School Students. The event starts with a presentation of the Department and a lecture from one of our academic staff, followed by a tour in the department labs and equipment. This is intended primarily for students in their transition year, who have time to discuss about the curriculum and life as chemists with our post and undergraduate students.
