COG in the "European Researchers Night 2023"

Chemistry Outreach Group participated in the European Researchers Night 2023 organised by the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH).
COG presented impressive chemistry experiments exciting not only children but even older, in a celebration of science and research with more than 3000 visitors!

Chemistry Outreach Group in collaboration with the Association of Greek Chemists (Local Department of Crete) participated in Ag. Nikolaos Children Festival with Demonstrations of Chemistry Experiments!
Chemistry is Magic!

The event was co-organised with Region of Crete.

"Chemistry in the City"
Heraklion City Centre

Chemistry Outreach Group in collaboration with the Association of Greek Chemists (Local Department of Crete) organised an open event on Saturday, March 11 at Heraklion city centre to celebrate the Panhellenic Chemistry Day. A series of invited activities, demonstration experiments and workshops introduce the audience to the exciting world of Chemistry!

"Women in Science" Natural History Museum of Crete

Chemistry Outreach Group participated in the event organised by the Natural History Museum of Crete for the celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. COG female students presented chemistry experiments and discussed with the audience their Chemistry experience!
