NMR spectroscopy
  • Rotational dynamics of small and medium sized molecules in solution.
  • Relaxation studies on the conformational dynamics of naturally occurring oligo-and polysaccharide molecules in dilute solutions.
  • Liquid and solid state relaxation studies on the microstructure, morphology, and chain local motions of industrial synthetic polymers.
  • Multi-nuclear and multi-dimensional NMR techniques for the structure elucidation and the conformational dynamics of natural products.
  • Food analysis, quality control and authentication (e.g. olive oil, wine, honey).
  • Development of new analytical NMR methods (e.g. 31P NMR spectroscopy).
  • NMR based metabonomics and chemometrics.
