The Department of Environmental Science, Bolin Centre for Climate Research here at Stockholm University now has an open post-doc positions (24 months, 12-24 mo extension as researcher negotiable).

Isotope Studies of Aerosols and Gases over S Asia

https://www.su.se/english/about-the-university/work-at-su/available-jobs?rmpage=job&rmjob=14522&rmlang=UK

There are strong links between air pollution and climate change in South Asia. The postdoc would be immersed in decade-long observational programs at strategically-located atmospheric receptor observatories in India, Bangladesh and the Maldives.  We seek observational constraints on both the sources and composition-related optical properties of carbonaceous and other aerosol components – and effects on the radiative balance. The post-doc may also engage in investigations of gases such as CH4 and CO using isotopic tools to characterize their sources, atmospheric reactions and overall constraints of their atmospheric lifecycle.

More details on the position is available via the link. Application deadline is 9 April.
