Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations are organized in oral sessions presented in the Conference Programme. The program will be announced on April 27, 2020. Due to the set timetable for the Conference, the submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, that will determine which abstracts will be presented orally. The remaining abstracts will be presented as posters. An award awaits for the best presentation, as well as for the best poster of our Conference.

Each speaker will have 15 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 8-10 minutes to allow for introduction and questions. In order to stay in track of time, please ensure that you start and end your presentation on the times indicated in the schedule. The official language of the conference is English, therefore the Powerpoint slides should be writter in English and the oral presentation should be in English as well. Please ensure that your visuals are clear and legible.

Authors are kindly asked to load their presentation before the beginning of the conference - during conference registrations. An assistant will be available for any help required. Please check and make sure that your presentations are working properly before the corresponding session starts.

The auditorium is equipped with digital projector, screen, laptop, slider with pointer, microphones and basic sound system. Taking the timelines and technical set up into consideration, using personal laptops are not recommended. Users of MAC should assure compatibility of their presentation with the Windows system used at the podium.

Best Oral Presentation award will be decided by the judges and announced at the beginning of the third conference day - May 8.

Poster Dimensions: The display area for each poster on the poster board is 100cm wide by 120cm high. The posters should be written in English. All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters.

Presenters are asked to be available at their posters during the full poster session to discuss their posters with interested viewers. Please make sure to collect your poster by end of the day.

Best Poster award will be decided by the judges and announced at the beginning of the third conference day - May 8.
